分享一下我的修复经验：
1. 进入单用户模式: 开机后按 Cmd+S
2. 执行: /sbin/fsck -fy
3. 执行: /sbin/mount -uw /
4. 检查: cat /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/xxx.crash
5. 根据错误修复

例如:
cat /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/loginwindow_2011-04-16-220334_localhost.crash
#找到具体的日志信息，根据信息在做下一步操作，如：
rm -Rf /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/Extensions.mkext

用的Mac客户端+上海联通8M带宽同步测试，上行最高可达到500KB/sec，最低10KB/sec，平均50KB/sec左右...

好像每次Mac重启后，FIT不能自动启动，需要在设置里手动加载一下....
