另外你创造暗号的时候不用和别人统一好？怎么保证不泄露？还要面对面的谈？

你不如直接开个培训班教授一门新的语言，但首先你要先创造一门新的语言。

@bear45 那只能说明能力不行，人家四年混混日子改改代码没有创建过项目而已。但是并不能得出四年经验造假的结论。本质区别。

@windfi 可以说能力不行，但怎么就能判断人家工作经验是造假？另外造假和夸大性质也完全不同。

你怎么发现没有工作经验的？还是凭你的感觉？

多复杂的处理不能在 mysql 里面完成？

光有备份也不够的，还要定期做恢复测试，不然因为一点小失误导致虽然备份了但备份的数据有问题导致不能恢复的例子也不是没有的。
