在阿里云上私有化部署 sentry 问题

网络问题，给 apt 和 docker 设置代理，让服务器能科学上网，或者离线安装所需要的依赖

建议你让运维处理，这玩意还挺麻烦，构建镜像时候要改好几个地方，不然 build 不成功，另外机器内存大点 16g 的机器跑不了 sentry 了
