windows 11 下的 exe 电子书都不能打开了，谁知道该怎么弄？

好像在 windows 10 系统下就打不开了，win7 还正常，win11 和 win 10 都显示“无法访问此页确保 web 地址正确”，这应该和 IE 有关吧？
