oracle实例已创建和并产生少量数据，之前安装时需求上不考虑中文问题，所以使用了ISO8859-1
后来需求上需要用到中文，想要用UTF-8，能否使用下面sql来更改字符集？这样做从经验上来说有什么风险没有？谢谢
alter database character set INTERNAL_USE AL32UTF8
