如何加快对s3.amazonaws.com的访问速度

例如我要打开一张dribble的附件大图地址为：
http://dribbble.s3.amazonaws.com/users/4672/screenshots/299385/attachments/12104/shipment.png

总是载入很久很久才出现一小部分。

以下是ping的结果

如何让我流畅的访问呢。

Dribbble 的 S3 是 standard bucket，国内一直没快过
