We are now seeking a Project Manager to join for rapid business growth and expansion of a cross-border e-Commerce project, which bases in Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee projects including planning, requirement gathering, coordinating & allocating resources, coordinating efforts between IT development team and stakeholders as well as company ’ s offshore development teams.
● First point of contact for both internal and external parties whenever it comes to matters related to IT, ERP systems. Manage and coordinate with third party relationships in partnership with different departments ’ managers where applicable (e.g. Customer, suppliers, integration partners etc.)
● Taking ownership for the quality of the projects, managing the quality control test team and validating the delivery of the project.
● Creating and editing customer documents such as functional specifications for customers, high level technical specifications for developers, UAT testing plan.
● Measuring and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time.
● Responsible for the network and systems installation for store openings and expansion.
Requirements:
● Strong project management experience, prioritization and organizational skills in order to implement initiatives and manage a high volume of activity.
● Proven multitasking skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
● Experience in website revamp project, sourcing and developing online e-business channel, SEO and SEM and website content management
● Knowledge in web, mobile and database technologies.
● Experience in online payment gateway is a plus.
● Minimum of 3 years of working experience in e-commerce. Experience in using ERP systems, eg. KingDee K3 is preferable.
● Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline. Holder of PMP is a definite advantage.
