想使用主从复制在实现读写分离，但是发现在指定 mysql 数据文件以及 pos 后无法完成主从同步，因为 slave 数据库无法自动同步 master 的 schema ，各位大神有什么方法方便的实现 schema 同步或者简单的快速导出导入吗？
