买了 Apple Care 却因为苹果没有维修替换部件，该如何是好？

国外买的 Thunderbolt Display ，出了点小问题。现在苹果告诉我这款国内没发售过，所以没有办法。所以说 Apple Care 白买了？

@newton108 看具体 Apple Care 的条款，感觉退款肯定 是不行的。如果你花 10W 给大奔买了保险，出了事故 ，保险公司一看说，没办法 ，我们退你保险款，你还不气疯了。

要求主管出面，会给至少同款的替换产品的。

apple care 条款明确说明只在该产品有销售的地点提供保修服务，你在国外买个中国根本没有的东西，回中国要保修，升级到 tim cook 也只能告诉你不行。

6.2 Service in countries that are not the country of purchase will be limited to the options available in the country. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the Covered Equipment cannot be serviced in the country where service is requested, if not the country of purchase. If you seek service in a country that is not the country of purchase, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges. For international service, Apple may repair or exchange defective products and parts with comparable products and parts that comply with local standards.

@newton108 所以顶多给你换一个国内有的版本， 什么寄到新加坡总部处理这些都是在扯蛋。中国的总部就在中国。难不成苹果为了给你换个产品还单独送检一次 3c 认证。。。

@metalman75 问题是 Cinema Display 国内也没买了。要是他答应给我寄到总部修但运费税费自理，那我亏大了。
