请问一下大家是不是要把app发布到app store的时候才要开发者账号，如果我只想开发一个不发布到store的app就不需要注册开发者账号了吗？谢谢!

是的。
但机器不越狱没有正式的签名是安不了其他的app。
是只在说iOS吧？Mac OS X 一直都可以直接发布。（OS X 10.8就不知道了）

模拟器上运行不需要买证书的吧，真机调试貌似需要。

再问一下，模拟器可以运行itunes里的app么，比如说在Mac OS X上用iPad模拟器运行一个path。。。

这个除非你永远不让程序在iPhone上运行否则开发者账号就一定得要要的吧。

發佈app＋真機測試，都需要開發者帳號。。《網上各種免帳號測試的方法也可以試試看》
