就是 scope 的权限给的太宽了。
不小心填了个 user 就直接申请 read and write：
不小心填了个 repo 也是申请 read and write：
即使填了 public_repo 还特么的是 所有 public_repo 的 read and write。。。
当然了，如果只当注册账号用，只需要将 scope 置空，就可以拿到用户的公开信息。
但是，我现在只想要用户的 提交 issue 和 issue 中的 comment 的权限，我不知道该如何下手了。。。
