之前经常会收不到 issues，打开Automatically watch repositories 选项后以为没问题了。
今天又漏了几个，查看https://github.com/watching页面看到依然只有个人的 5 个 repo 被自动 watching 了，但总共有 30 个左右 repo。而且 watching 的 5 个 repo 时间跨度也很大（设置Automatically watch repositories选项之前之后的都有），疑惑
