实际上是 cloudflare 的 ddos 防护，不知为啥国内的 ip 访问这些页面都需要验证

之前 cloudflare 有提供一个 chrome 扩展，来减少这些验证 但是不知道为什么，现在搜不到了

如果是公司为了省钱用了家用宽带，那多半是被拨号 vps 滥用导致了整个 IP 段被拉黑，如果是商用宽带(固定 IP)，那大概率是公司中了病毒被其他人滥用导致了 IP 被拉黑，小概率是公司有人或者有项目在乱用爬虫导致了 IP 被拉黑。

他提示的联系网络管理员指的是欧美公司的网络管理员，中国公司的网络管理员不管这个事情。
