腾讯找猎头还是走内推

最近猎头找上门来, 但是有朋友也在腾讯可以内推.
猎头表示内推有三个月保护期, 如果第一次没过, 后面就不能自己投了, 只能等部门来捞, 但是走猎头的话可以看别的部门的岗位.
不太确定是不是这么回事, 大家怎么看?

BTW, 腾讯 9 级的内推奖金是多少?
