试了下重启啥也不开，一晚上电池不消耗

打开各种开发工具一晚上也不消耗

各种项目启动着休眠就会消耗不少电池

关掉允许蓝牙唤醒试试看。
感觉你这是有什么东西在后台跑。

我的 2019 mbp13 也有同样的问题，合盖休眠一晚上掉电 50%，而且开盖不能自动唤醒，必须按一下电源键。这个问题是从升级 Monterey 开始的。

@dingwen07 升级 Monterey 之后就没有“允许蓝牙唤醒”这个选项了

但是我的 iStat Menus 是看不到休眠期间的活动情况的

I've found out a solution to sovle this issue:

1.Run command in terminal: sudo pmset -a tcpkeepalive 0

2.Run command in terminal: sudo pmset -a powernap 0

3.Make sure these options is not checked: "System Preferences->Battery->Optimized battery charging" and "System Preferences->Battery->Power Adapter->Wake for network access"
