这个好像是 google 的 CDN 。这个请求可能是 chrome 的 component updater:

MarkMonitor 是专门注册域名（知识产权保护）的公司，Google 是 MarkMonitor 的客户。
不过，看到 DNS 服务器地址是 ns(1-4).google.com ，大概可以信任，不是 Google 核心业务一般用不到这 4 组权威 DNS 。
