今天突然发现时间慢了几个小时，看了一下是时区被判断到错误的地区去了，就想着关闭根据定位设定时区，手动设置时区，结果关闭了 1 选项之后，2 选项还是不能改。
最后去终端输命令强行改回来了。
各位有遇到过吗？

看一下是不是开启了屏幕使用时间了，这个功能会拦截登出 Apple ID 、更改时区等重要功能。

当下面一个帮助按钮是摆设吗？说的很清楚了 To manually set the time zone on your Mac, turn off “Set time zone automatically using your current location,” click Set, enter a city in the text field, choose a city from the list, then click OK.

关闭 1 后改的不是 2 ，是 2 下面那个城市
