Notion 的早期 Team 免费套餐已经作废了吗？

早期的免费 Team 套餐，不知道什么时候变为 Free 套餐了，看了下邮箱，没有收到任何提醒邮件。

这让我有点不放心这家公司的产品了，虽然早期 Team 也是免费套餐，但是变更套餐为啥对用户一点提醒都没呢？

That promotion is no longer valid, but I have gotten an exception to provide 1 more year of plus on your account. After that, it will return to a paid subscription. 

这是得到的最终回复，建议大家谨慎选择notion这家公司的任何产品，撕毁承诺不给任何原因且不给任何通知。

可以合理怀疑数据存在这家公司的安全性和隐私性是否能够得到保证

去看了下，我的订阅目前已恢复了，等它们公司调查看看吧

可以这样操作试试，通过右下角的对话联系客服，说明你的情况，看能不能开成其他付费模式。我之前也是最早那批 Team 免费套餐，有一天登录发现是 Free 套餐后联系客服说明情况，给我开成 Personal Pro Plan ，每月账单$0 。

@cchan 继续把数据放在这样的公司上，有点心虚了。要调整用户的 plan 竟然一点通知都没直接悄无声息改，这点我受不了。
要是有提前通知，即便反悔当初永久免费承诺改回 free plan 了我也能接受

@grittiness 终于收到一个回复了，对方是完全不知道早期免费套餐的事情，说因为没有付费所以降级了，现在还在和他解释这个免费套餐

We don't have an access to your personal information as we strictly follow our security and data protection.

Sometimes, when Free plan trial for Plus plan has been ended, ithe system will ask you to upgrade your subscription into Plus plan. I guess this is what happened to your case. I would suggest you to use our Free Personal plan. We've removed the Block limit, and made it simpler to share pages with collaborators. See FAQs for more on this →
