codex 可以用，而且只是禁用了 claude code 和 desktop 客户端，claude 的模型本身并没有禁用。

Qoder 还行吧，我用了三个月了，现在换成了 codex 。因为 qoder 的额度太贵了，codex 100 刀算下成本更低。
