刚好前几天做了类似的事情，直接用 disk genius 免费版就能完成。
如果旧电脑能插上新硬盘，在旧系统开机状态下直接对拷就行。
如果不能，先对每个分区热备份镜像到移动硬盘。然后用 dg 制作 pe 盘，最后都插到新电脑恢复。

结果在 learn 和熟#悉双拼的时候，五笔的肌#肉记忆不断跳出，变成五笔和双拼混#打的情况。
比如“你好”的五笔编#码是 w/q/v/b，双拼是 n/i/h/k，我的实际输入可能是 w/i/h/b。
@NeoChen 相比带来的收#益（比如减少手指按键次数），learn 切换双拼所花的精#力不算什么。
你还是可以考虑学学，一个小时就能上手。我在有五笔记忆干#扰的情况下花了快一周才基本无#错，可能其他人 3 天就能熟#练了？

我这里联通 IPv6 没有屏蔽 80，443，配合手机移动网的 IPv6 访问家里的服务很舒服。
