今天解决了一种新情况，当 google play 添加一个没有 gv 的 google 账号后再进 gv app 概率出现这个问题，清空 app 后拒绝联系人权限反而就行了

感谢各位的建议，因为之前在互联网大前端部门，经验上就觉得一流的 peer 就只有这一种状态，卷些工具轮子平台之类的才有价值，做业务毫无价值。
