杭州移动专线一样，我电信家宽+固定 ip 移动专线，移动晚高峰从来没跑满过上行，白天也只有合同上行速率的 50%，上行跑高持续一段时间，直接限速 10Mbps ，1.2M ，死死的

我也遇到过，当地时间比北京时间早一天，不显示任何账单。但是可以从腾讯云的接口里改时间参数，拿到 json 的订单编号和子订单编号，找客服会直接告诉你时差原因，让你等一天
