希望招聘具备直播产品经验的 Tech Lead ，希望找到一位具备从 0-1 直播类产品（如抖音，淘宝，小红书）开发经验的人才，精通 Jetpack ，Compose ，技术精湛，喜欢钻研，可以带领团队一起完成开发。

薪资情况

薪资可谈，年包 60 万-100 万。

工作模式

远程办公，地理位置不限，上班时间灵活。

在这个岗位，您需要做

• Lead and participated in the development of our Android live-streaming e-commerce application.
• Utilize Jetpack and Compose to build scalable and efficient Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Guide and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.

需要您有

• Education background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience as a leader in a major tech company, with significant hands-on experience in Android development.
• Extensive experience in developing live-streaming applications on Android.
• Proficiency in Jetpack and Compose.
• Strong understanding of Android development frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent coding skills in Java and Kotlin.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

@smallboy19991231 #1 抖音，淘宝，小红书直播类产品只要是在职的开发就不会低于 60w ，更别说 leader 了，晚一点加入的人都不会有从 0-1 的机会。
对大厂稳定工作、定居一线的人来说吸引力不足。对之前只有小厂 0-1 经历、想离开一线城市的人有一些吸引力。

也是我想说的，0 到 1 还在职的至少年包 200 万了。而且写这个岗位概况的人估计不懂 Android ，直播这类恰恰是不适合使用 compose 的场景，Meta 开发 threads ，全套 ui 都是 compose ，唯独除了 video 还是用的 view ，这还是全新产品才会这么选，国内这几家绝对没有大规模上 compose 。
