PDF我用foxit reader，epub我直接用firefox with epub插件。没有比较过其他的，自用觉得够(没追求 ^_^ )！

个人觉得是最好的，
其次就是foxit reader了。

@Gymgle 这个看PDF还不错 epub不行连目录都显示不了很不方便

@andyliu 我用这个epub、mobi什么的妥妥的呀，本来这个比较小巧，没有目录管理功能，不过有个最近阅读页面

看PDF的话用Adobe Reader其实很不错的，试试这些快捷键 Ctrl+H, Ctrl+1(或2或3), F9, F8
