老哥我俩很像，我 32 现在也算技术组长，一直想做独立游戏，剧本写了几个了但一直卡美术，现在暂时转到拍纪录片了，也算个小 UP （ https://space.bilibili.com/58698/lists/4786472 ）。
现在还是会想把独立游戏做完的执念，也因此从 WXG 转岗来了 IEG （虽然状况和我想得不太一样，有点失望）。目前还在再干两年还是攒点钱还是立即开始流浪+做游戏的纠结，毕竟真走了以后估计就回不来了。老哥执行力和决断力比我强，很佩服，加油。

很久没回复了，LZ 和我年轻时有点像，给点建议吧，先给出我的简历：

首先还是跳槽频繁，我也跳槽频繁但每一段都有合理的原因，哪怕是“B 站变质了不想再呆下去”这种，而且每一段经历基本都有明确的发展目标，从一开始的硬件，到明确前端转型，再到做图形引擎，一直到现在写客户端写 C++，越做到后面越需要的是行业领域知识，需要交叉领域深入解决问题的能力，而不是限制在前端玩技术，玩技术作为兴趣是很好的，但作为工作主轴不合适。

说实话开源项目可以作为加分项，但除非是牛逼到炸天的项目，最终要的还是工作中项目经历的思考，搞点前端 UI 库组件啥的，在一定工作年限后确实没啥意思，加上现在饱和环境差，竞争力可能相对薪资确实会容易被压。尤其是越到后面越是业务思考，解决实际业务的能力要体现，花里胡哨太多的真的对于求职没啥用。

真的在乎未来薪资，下次遇到卷的中大厂还是进去搞个背景吧，累一两年没啥的。
