一直在用 N 年前的全家福套餐，199 ，没多一张副卡加 10 元，带宽 300 MHz ， 流量无限，但是 40GB 后会限速，100 GB 之后进一步限速，有 IPTV + 公网 IPv4 ，目前感觉够用，但是就是觉得有点贵，我想知道换这个 239 之后：

1. 如果没有下载盗版资源的需求的话，1000MHz 相比 300 MHz 有必要吗？
2. 能保留公网 IPv4 吗？

作为开发人员，软件（不要理解为仅仅是 GUI 软件）比 Windows 多得多，Windows 的 WSL 和系统原生部分有一定的隔阂，比如 macOS 用起来省心流畅；另外就是现在的 Apple CPU 高性能、安静

independent format. Up to nbytes of data will be transferred. Nbytes

buffers smaller than this size.

The data in the buffer is a series of dirent structures (see dir(5)) The
order of the directory entries vended out via getdirentries() is not
specified. Some filesystems may return entries in lexicographic sort
order and others may not.
