18 年之前和楼主一样的 回家就躺着玩手机玩到十二点。
18 年春节一过觉得年纪越来越大，技术还差很是慌张。起初逼着自己每天回去看。哪怕看一页书都好。积少成多。现在基本正常时间到家八点。休息个半小时一小时。学习会，然后中间洗澡啥的调剂下，回来再看个个把小时也就十二点左右了，躺着看会技术之外的东西就睡了。
