补充一点，在美团绑定过外卡的，你们可以试试，在支付的时候，cvv 数字故意输错，一样可以正常付款。

这个已经有一段时间了，没有办法确定是美团活动泄露，还是万事达中国内地 10%返现活动泄露的。大概率是美团，但是美团现在是死不承认的。
