安装 Google Play Services 12.6.85 beta 版 8.5 小时后的测试报告：手机空闲时间占主导，wifi 设置为休眠时切断，多次间隔不等亮屏查看 wifi、电池等使用情况，以测试硬件真实能耗水平。 原问题症状完全消失，wifi 连接正常，电池消耗水平下降（几乎恢复到接近一年半前水平）。目前发现的唯一问题是手机电池管理界面上不显示 wifi 切断后的空白段隙，但是每次亮屏后都可以看到 wifi 在重新连接，说明闭屏后 wifi 确实已断开。这个问题有可能是 EMUI 的问题。电池管理截屏： https://imgur.com/gallery/BQkdOOG Google Play Services 测试期间使用情况截屏： https://imgur.com/gallery/HqPf969

下一步计划升级到 EMUI 5.0.1 （ Android 7.1 ）继续测试使用效果。

@bao3 引用开发者对 Google 的话说“ You should think that until you fix people would be happy to be revered back to the previous stable version. As long as this is not possible because google play services auto-update, it's up to you give a solution....People can't do anything, only Google can.”这个程序是 Google 闭源开发的，而且强制推送，没人知道 binary 包里面到底装了什么，跟开发商无关。

更新：我已收到来自 Google 发布 beta 测试版的通知。他们声称已经针对华为手机 Android 7.0 及以上版本做了修复，并将在太平洋时间今天午夜开始分段对 beta 测试用户推送更新，并逐步扩大更新用户范围，根据结果最终向全部用户推送更新。他们已通过我加入 beta 测试组的申请。目前我在等待推送发送到我的手机上，并进行相关测试。计划先从 Android 7.0 （ EMUI 5.0 ）测试，然后测试 Android 7.1 附近版本（ EMUI 5.0.1 ）。有进展再通报。有机会的同仁，可以看看能不能也按照链接加入 beta 测试组，自己试试效果。我相信 Google 的这个信息是公开的。Google 发布于 issue tracker 里的信息如下：

We are pleased to report that a beta version of Google Play Services is ready. We believe this version mitigates the issue on Huawei devices running Android 7.0 Nougat, or higher. An important caveat is that each time the device is rebooted, you will need to wait about one minute before launching the affected applications.

Starting today at midnight (Pacific Time), the beta will be rolled-out to a segment of the community that has signed-up for the Google Play Services Public Beta Program. It will ramp to increasing segments of the beta audience over the next few days. @qiuai mate 10 及华为新机器的软硬件系统跟其他的不太一样，暂时没发现问题。
